This is not just to remind myself that these things are okay but also to let those experiencing them feel less alone.

• Not everyone puts the pieces together as a child and knows they’re trans. Some people take longer to come to terms with it.

•some people can’t afford to transition. It doesn’t make anyone cis If they can’t transition for a while or at all.

•SOME PEOPLE MEDICALLY CANT TRANSITION OR CONTINUE TO TRANSITION. Sometimes hormones can’t be taken. Doesn’t make that person cis.

•some trans people learn to accept parts of their body, or at least tolerate them.

•some trans people who haven’t started to or are just starting to transition do sex work. Just because they post their body and haven’t started to transition, doesn’t make them not trans.

•some trans people are chubbier, darker skinned, have stretch marks, etc. not every trans person is “owo tumblr aesthetic” in appearance.

•some people pass more than others. Doesn’t make the ones that don’t any less trans.

•some transguys are more feminine. Some trans women are more masculine. Doesn’t make them less trans.

•Some trans people cosplay characters that are the same sex they were assigned at birth. Doesn’t make them any less trans.
